Presentation Guide
- Oral presenters should go to the Preview Room (Venue to be announced) to test and upload their presentations before their talk.
- Delegates giving a presentation in the morning must have uploaded their file in the preview room by 5pm the previous day.
- Delegates giving a presentation in the afternoon must have uploaded their file in the preview room by 10am the same day.
You must arrive 30 minutes before your session to « check-in » with the technical staff and introduce yourself to the chairpersons of the session.

Oral presentation of a submitted abstract / 15 minutes including 3 minutes Q&A
A preview room will be set up at the conference  for uploading and testing your final presentation.
Please remember to upload your presentation slides on Ex Ordo before the conference. This will be used as a back-up.
Poster presentations
Poster format is A0 portrait (841 × 1189 mm or 33.1 × 46.8 inches).
Please conform to this format and be present in front of your poster during the poster session as scheduled in the program . Each poster board will be identified by the ID number of your submitted abstract. Fixing devices will be provided at the conference.
Please bring your poster printed out.
There are no possibilities for printing on site.
Please remember to upload your poster as PDF on Ex Ordo before the conference.
Posters must be displayed throughout the conference.
