Logistics at a glance
- By 4:00 PM — Please leave the poster sessions and start walking to the ferry terminal.
- By 4:30 PM — Aim to arrive at the ferry terminal and board the ferry.
- On the ferry — There is a paid bar (drinks at your own expense). Fear not: there will be free-flow alcohol at the venue later!
- Arrival on Isle of Wight — Disembark and board the coach transfer.
- Destination — Chequers Inn, a classic British countryside inn where the Gala will be hosted.
